Children's Raffle Rules & Regulations

  1.  Purchasers must be in Alberta and at least 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
  2. Ticket prices are: 1 for $10, 4 for $20, 20 for $50, and 100 for $100. A total of 63,949 tickets are available.
  3. Tickets can be purchased with cash, debit, credit card, or e-transfer.
  4. Current Board of Directors, Executive Director, Office Coordinator, main Administrative Assistant, Community Relations Supervisor, and Events Coordinator cannot purchase tickets. No other restrictions are placed on Aspire members, staff, or their families.
  5. The draw date is October 2, 2025, at 4847A 19 Street, Red Deer, AB T4R 2N7. It is open to the public. Prize winners will be announced at the event, on Facebook, and on Aspire’s Website.
  6. Winning tickets may be drawn by a representative of each sponsor or individuals who have not purchased tickets. Two executive board members and at least three members of the public must be present.
  7. When a ticket is drawn, the winning ticket will be recorded and returned to the draw.
  8. The 3rd prize of $4,000 cash will be drawn first, followed by the 2nd prize jewellery, and then the grand prize choice of vehicle.
  9. No cash alternatives will be awarded for the prizes.
  10. The prizes being offered are:o 1st Prize: Winner’s Choice – 1 of 4 vehicles:o 2025 Jeep Wrangler sport valued at $40,845o 2024 Fiat 500e valued at $43,635o 2024 Dodge Hornet GT valued at $46,730o 2025 Jeep Compass Sport valued at $36,290o 2nd Prize: sapphire tennis bracelet valued at $6295o 3rd Prize: One cash prize of $4,000
  11. All Prizes are new.
  12. Cash and jewellery prizes must be picked up at Aspire, or shipping to be paid by the winner.
  13. Procedure if the winner cannot be located or does not come forward to claim their prize:o Aspire Child Development Centre will make every reasonable attempt to contact the winner. We will hold the prize at Aspire Child Development Centre for 90 days from the draw date, at this point, we will contact AGLC and request the prize be donated back to Aspire Child Development Centre.
  14. Tickets are non-refundable.
  15. The winner of the vehicle is responsible for picking it up at Southside Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram Centre in Red Deer, Alberta. The winner will incur no additional charges.

50/50 Raffle Rules & Regulations

  3. Tickets can be purchased with cash, debit, credit card, or e-transfer.
  4. The winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales.
  5. Current Board of Directors, Executive Director, Office Coordinator, main Administrative Assistant, Community Relations Supervisor, and Events Coordinator cannot purchase tickets. No other restrictions are placed on Aspire members, staff, or their families.
  6. The draw date is October 2, 2025, at 4847A 19 Street, Red Deer, AB T4R 2N7. It is open to the public. Prize winner will be announced at the event, on Facebook, and on Aspire’s Website.
  7. All tickets will be emailed to purchasers through the registered Electronic Raffle System (ERS), Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be provided.
