Red Deer & Community Sun Run

Mark your calendars! The Red Deer & Community Sun Run returns Saturday, May 8, 2027, bringing our community together for a day of movement, connection and fun in support of Aspire Child Development Centre.

More than a race, the Sun Run is an inclusive community celebration designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you run, walk, roll, bring the whole family or gather a team, there’s a place for you at the starting line.

Choose your distance — 5 km, 3 km or 1 km — and make the day your own. Young children can join the fun with our Bubble Runs, while teens can get involved through our Teen Run. After crossing the finish line, stick around to celebrate with family-friendly activities, food and community fun.

The Red Deer & Community Sun Run is for:

Every step helps support Aspire’s programs and services for children with diverse needs and their families.
